Female founded and led, LX is a close-knit team of fifteen communications professionals fully enmeshed in the pace, personality and creativity of the luxury world. From spirits launches and hotel openings to bar programmes and industry events, we combine strategic PR with sharp industry insight and creative storytelling across drinks, hospitality and premium lifestyle. Across our multilingual and international team, fluent French, German, Spanish and Portuguese is spoken, enabling confident practice across international markets and effortless connection with clients, media and partners worldwide. Most importantly, we build lasting relationships with brands and media to create campaigns that feel authentic, culturally resonant and built to last.

Alexandra Chatwin
Director and Co-Founder at LX Comms
A co-founder of LX, Alex brings more than a decade of experience across hospitality, drinks and lifestyle communications. She has built a reputation for exceptional media relations, a strong instinct for storytelling and delivering impactful international coverage for both global and emerging brands. Beginning in lifestyle PR before specialising in food and drink, she has worked across internationally recognised portfolios including Fever-Tree, Diageo Reserve and Brown-Forman, alongside independent and family-owned brands such as Maison Ferrand and Everleaf. Alex is known for her extensive media network and collaborative approach, and has played a key role in building visibility and cultural relevance for leading names across the global drinks and hospitality industries.
Alexandra Irving
Director and Co-Founder at LX Comms
A co-founder of LX, Alexandra brings more than fifteen years of experience across luxury hospitality, drinks and travel communications. Known for her strategic insight and ability to shape globally resonant brand narratives, she has built a career spanning design, F&B and premium hospitality, with a specialism in wine and spirits. She has led communications for internationally recognised luxury brands, hotels, restaurant groups and bars, working with major global portfolios including Bacardi and Campari Group, alongside fast-growing independent names such as Takamaka and The Lost Explorer. Alexandra is recognised for combining commercial understanding with culturally driven communications, supported by a strong international network across the global drinks and hospitality industries.
Eliot Sandiford
Director at LX Comms
A new Director, Eliot brings more than two decades of international experience across luxury, travel and hospitality communications. He has held senior leadership roles with globally recognised brands, shaping reputation, partnerships and brand strategy. Most recently, as Vice President of PR and Partnerships at The Set Collection, he led international communications for flagship properties including Hotel Lutetia, Conservatorium and Café Royal, alongside a global portfolio of member hotels. Eliot has also worked extensively across Asia with Potato Head and Aqua Restaurant Group, and has represented iconic chefs including Thomas Keller, Nobu Matsuhisa and Joël Robuchon.
