PROJECT

We were appointed to elevate the international profile of Hôtel Lancaster, reinforcing its positioning as a refined, heritage-led Parisian address with contemporary relevance.

We strengthened awareness across luxury travel and consumer audiences by leveraging the hotel’s 100th anniversary in 2025 as a defining moment to reintroduce the property on a global stage, celebrating its legacy while highlighting its continued evolution.

We developed a series of tailored activations across the property to communicate key messages and engage distinct audience segments, supported by targeted international media outreach and curated journalist and influencer hosting. We have delivered a strategic press office programme anchored in the centenary, shaping narratives that balanced heritage and modern relevance, and culminating in an exclusive anniversary event for leading media and KOLs.

We maintained a consistent programme of media and influencer engagement through individual stays, group press trips and bespoke previews, ensuring sustained visibility and reinforcing the hotel’s significance throughout the year. We positioned Hôtel Lancaster as both an enduring Parisian icon and a contemporary luxury destination.

RESULTS

In 2025, we secured 82 pieces of coverage across print, online, and social channels, reaching an audience of over 840 million.

Our press office placed features in a diverse range of national, lifestyle, and food & drink publications, including Afar, Olive Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Condé Nast Traveller, The Independent, Elite Traveler, Business Traveller and The London Standard.

Within social media our strategy yielded evergreen content with key opinion leaders  hosted throughout the year, amplifying the brand presence across multiple digital touchpoints.
